What’s the smallest purchase?

US$1 gets you 30 points, enough to unlock 3 full reports. Each full report currently costs 10 points.

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. Every purchase is a one-time payment with no monthly fee and no auto-renewal. Signing in never places an order for you.

Do points expire?

No. Points never expire, so use them at your own pace. They can only be used to unlock reports on this site and can’t be transferred or cashed out.

How long can I read an unlocked report? Do retakes cost extra?

Unlocking applies to the whole quiz and lasts for good. Retaking or re-reading the same quiz costs no more points, and your reports stay in My quizzes.

Can I buy without an account?

Yes. Without signing in, your points and unlocked reports stay in this browser; clearing browser data or switching devices may lose them. After signing in, you can move them to your account under Security & Privacy and use them on any device.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel any purchase within 14 days, no reason needed, by emailing support@typeofyou.com with your order number. Having the points credited doesn’t end this right. The 14 days start the day after your purchase and end at the end of the 14th day; sending your notice within that time is enough. You get a full refund; that purchase’s points are deducted and reports unlocked with them are no longer available in full. Duplicate charges, or points that never arrive after payment, are sorted out even after 14 days. If the law where you live gives you more rights, the law prevails.

I paid, but my points didn’t show up.

Points are added automatically once the payment is confirmed. If the page hasn’t updated, wait a moment and refresh. Still missing? Contact support with your order number and we’ll track it down.
