You sleep eight hours and wake up tired. You nod along on Zoom while your mind is somewhere else. You finish a task and feel nothing but "next," and you snap at the people at home more than you mean to. Sixteen everyday statements give you a 0-100 burnout index split into four facets: exhaustion, mental distance, self-doubt, and focus and mood. Twelve more look at six areas of work life (workload, control, recognition, support, fairness and values) to find what is draining you most. Without unlocking anything, you see whether you show signs of burnout, how strong they are, which facet stands out, your four facet scores and where to find support. The full report explains each facet using your own answers, maps which work areas drain you, shows where you stand on a four-step ladder, and gives steps for today, this week and this month, plus how to bring it up with your manager, a doctor and the people at home. About 6 minutes. This is self-reflection, not a diagnosis.

What each facet looks like for you

Each facet in plain language, with the statement you rated most strongly when it came up often.

  • Exhaustion: Empty most days

    63%

Your tank is empty most days: you wake up tired, you come home with nothing left, and the first day off goes to recovering instead of living. This isn't a willpower problem; it's what happens when output outruns refills for too long. It's also the facet that responds most directly to real rest and a lighter load. You answered “Often” to “After work, even small things like making dinner or texting a friend back feel like too much.”

  • Mental distance: Pulling back

    50%

You've started keeping some things at arm's length: the all-hands, the new initiative, the client who always moves the goalposts. A little distance can be healthy self-protection. It becomes a signal when the list of things you've stopped caring about keeps growing. You answered “Often” to “In meetings I nod along on camera, but I've stopped feeling like any of it has much to do with me.”

  • Self-doubt: Confident

    31%

You generally trust yourself to figure things out, and finishing something still feels like finishing something. Off days don't shake your sense that you're good at what you do. That confidence is a buffer when workload or politics get rough. You answered “Rarely” to “When something goes sideways at work, I trust myself to handle it.”

  • Focus & mood: Slipping at times

    44%

Every so often you reread the same email, drop a ball you'd never usually drop, or hear your own voice come out sharper than you meant. That's often what an overloaded brain does to save energy. It's a signal about load, not a flaw in your character. You answered “Always” to “I read the same Slack message or email three times because my mind keeps wandering off mid-sentence.”

Common questions

What can I see without paying?

As soon as you finish, your result, key numbers and first chart are free, along with a list of every section in the full report. Decide after that.

Do I need an account?

No. Just answer and see your result; it's saved on this device first. To see it on another phone or computer, sign in and confirm moving it to your account.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Waffo. Most visitors pay in US dollars; visitors in Japan pay in yen, Hong Kong in HK dollars, the eurozone in euros and the UK in pounds. Online payment isn't available in mainland China; exclusive quizzes there can be unlocked with a redeem code. The smallest top-up gives at least 30 points, enough for 3+ reports. Each payment is one-time; nothing renews automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can cancel, no reason needed, for a full refund; that purchase’s points are deducted and reports unlocked with them are no longer available in full. Duplicate charges and reports that fail to unlock are sorted out even after that. See the refund policy for details.

Can I take it again?

Yes. Once you've unlocked a quiz on this device or account, retaking it and rereading the report cost nothing extra.

How accurate is it?

Your result reflects how you answered this time. It's a good way to learn about yourself and start a conversation with friends. It's for fun and self-reflection, not a psychological or medical diagnosis; if you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
