Your 30-day action plan

  1. Week 1

    List your leverage

Your steadiest area right now is Well-being & Balance, which means you don’t have to leave, and that’s leverage. Turn the last six months of results, fires you put out, and praise you received into three specific sentences you can use in the conversation.

  2. Week 2

Book one talk with your manager, one topic only

The topic: Pay & Benefits. Bring market data and your wins from the last six months, and ask directly about a raise or how the bonus is decided. Talk numbers, not grievances.

  3. Week 3

    Check the market

Apply to two or three places and take one interview. Not to jump, but to know your worth. When you know the number, you stay calm in the room.

  4. Week 4

    Decide based on the outcome

If things moved: give it a three-month trial, then retake this. If not: you already have market data, so switch into quietly-looking mode.

Common questions

What can I see without paying?

As soon as you finish, your result, key numbers and first chart are free, along with a list of every section in the full report. Decide after that.

Do I need an account?

No. Just answer and see your result; it's saved on this device first. To see it on another phone or computer, sign in and confirm moving it to your account.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Waffo. Most visitors pay in US dollars; visitors in Japan pay in yen, Hong Kong in HK dollars, the eurozone in euros and the UK in pounds. Online payment isn't available in mainland China; exclusive quizzes there can be unlocked with a redeem code. The smallest top-up gives at least 30 points, enough for 3+ reports. Each payment is one-time; nothing renews automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can cancel, no reason needed, for a full refund; that purchase’s points are deducted and reports unlocked with them are no longer available in full. Duplicate charges and reports that fail to unlock are sorted out even after that. See the refund policy for details.

Can I take it again?

Yes. Once you've unlocked a quiz on this device or account, retaking it and rereading the report cost nothing extra.

How accurate is it?

Your result reflects how you answered this time. It's a good way to learn about yourself and start a conversation with friends. It's for fun and self-reflection, not a psychological or medical diagnosis; if you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
