Is it the job, or is it the way your life is running? In 30 questions (about 6 minutes) you get a job-vs-life map of where your urge to leave comes from and a read on your five drain systems: job fit, energy, people, growth and life balance. Your full report names which of 6 types you are, what to change first, and a 4-week plan.

What a report looks like

A real report generated from made-up answers: the result, plus one chapter of the full report. Yours is built from your own answers; the other chapters open when you unlock.

Sample
A capybara office worker loosely tangled in a few strands of yarn, holding a phone with a blank screen and letting out a resigned sigh.

The loudest signals in your answers

  1. 01

I'd delete a few specific people

You want to remove people, not the work. That's a key distinction: the job itself may still be fine, and what needs fixing is the team, the boundaries, or how you deal with those people.

  2. 02

Slept all weekend, still tired Monday

Tiredness that sleep can't fix usually comes from a brain that hasn't truly rested in a long time. It makes everything feel annoying, and it tricks you into reading "I'm exhausted" as "I hate this job."

  3. 03

    Learning won't change anything

Believing effort won't lead anywhere is the most dangerous thought in a growth rut, because it stops you from even trying. What helps isn't a big plan but one tiny experiment with a result you can see quickly.

Common questions

What can I see without paying?

As soon as you finish, your result, key numbers and first chart are free, along with a list of every section in the full report. Decide after that.

Do I need an account?

No. Just answer and see your result; it's saved on this device first. To see it on another phone or computer, sign in and confirm moving it to your account.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Waffo. Most visitors pay in US dollars; visitors in Japan pay in yen, Hong Kong in HK dollars, the eurozone in euros and the UK in pounds. Online payment isn't available in mainland China; exclusive quizzes there can be unlocked with a redeem code. The smallest top-up gives at least 30 points, enough for 3+ reports. Each payment is one-time; nothing renews automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can cancel, no reason needed, for a full refund; that purchase’s points are deducted and reports unlocked with them are no longer available in full. Duplicate charges and reports that fail to unlock are sorted out even after that. See the refund policy for details.

Can I take it again?

Yes. Once you've unlocked a quiz on this device or account, retaking it and rereading the report cost nothing extra.

How accurate is it?

Your result reflects how you answered this time. It's a good way to learn about yourself and start a conversation with friends. It's for fun and self-reflection, not a psychological or medical diagnosis; if you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
